Refund policy
- Returns are accepted for store credit only. All returns must be sent within 14 business days of the date received.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping.
- We will provide store credit via a gift card to your email, as soon as we receive the return.
- All orders contain a packing slip upon arrival, please make sure to include this packing slip in your return package so we know your order number. We cannot provide credit if we don't know whose return it is.
- Sale items are final sale & cannot be returned.
- Merchandise must be sent back in NEW condition. This means, unworn, unwashed, odor free and must not contain ANY markings from deodorant, make-up, etc. in order to receive an exchange or store credit for the returned item(s). If any of the above are found on the product upon return, your request for an exchange or store credit will not be processed.
